Gravity Oven

Product details

Blue M Gravity Ovens are designed for applications where a fan or other airflow would disturb the thermal process, such as the processing of lightweight materials or powders. These value-priced gravity convection ovens are used for many industrial applications such as drying and baking and require less temperature uniformity than other types of mechanical convection ovens. Each Blue M gravity oven model generates a unique natural air convection supply through perforated stainless steel shelves to achieve temperature uniformity without blowers.

Uniform, Accurate and Reliable Temperature Control

  • Vertical natural air convection airflow and gravity convection heating method assures uniform thermal performance under most loading conditions
  • Long lasting heating elements
  • Superior heat ramp-up and recovery
  • High-quality digital PID temperature controller
  • Overtemperature Protection is standard on all Blue M Gravity Ovens

What is a gravity convection oven?

Gravity convection ovens create their own internal airflow through the physics of convection. Hot air rises naturally due to the fact that it expands and becomes less dense than the air surrounding it. As the hot air rises to the top of the chamber, it will cool and begin to fall, repeating the convection process.
